Two airline tableware concepts were developed in collaboration with Augustlundh & Mälarplats for them to showcase their manufacturing capabilities and long established expertise within plastic tableware. These two concepts were shown on the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo 2013 (WTCE) in Hamburg, Germany.
The airline tableware concepts Cup Cake and Air Palate were designed to showcase alternative solutions for rotable catering products aimed for intercontinental flights that serve a smaller meal or snack. These two meal types are a large growing segment within the airline industry. ►

Modern, lightweight & CO2 friendly
Disposable products put great stress on the environment due to the shear volumes required to fulfill the demand. An industry growing dependent of disposable products is the airline food industry. Today many airline meals are fully composed of different disposable items. These waste products after its use either transported to landfills and/or are combusted.
Air Dinner utilizes both aspects of design and carefully selected materials inorder to reduce the environmental impact of the airline meal. This is achieved through its light weight design, accounting for all users (not only the passenger), easy waste management, structured layout and packaging. All these aspects together help create an airline meal which is reusable up to 40 times, recyclable at EOL, saves weight and space on the airplanes and of course provides the passengers with an satisfying airline dining experience. ►

Social, relaxing & intelligent
The airport furniture group Stockholm Puls is designed for the client Swedavia which is Sweden’s largest operator and owner of airports. Approximately 20 million passengers travel through Stockholm Arlanda Airport each year. 90 minutes is the average wait time for among passengers, which also means that the airport itself has 90 minutes to appeal to the passengers. The unique multi-functional design of Stockholm Puls captures the ergonomics of both a sofa and a divan which makes the furniture group neatly fill the gap which Arlanda has in many years struggled with; the combination of relax and resting area with comfortable sitting solutions. ►

The new fresh pharmaceutical start-up, Axcenuta Pharmaceuticals, gave us the opportunity to work on their visual identity ranging from anything to ideas on packaging labels, presentation folders, graphical images, medical illustrations to their web experience. What was important here was to create something that was new and could not be associated with the traditional global pharmaceutical companies, could say the term niche is a good way to describe sought identity. ►
